No response-time SLA is offered for Standard Recovery. Incident requests can be submitted at any time and are reviewed as quickly as operational capacity allows.
What if the host suspended the site?
Tell us in the intake. Host suspension does not prevent a scope review, but restoration may depend on host cooperation and available access.
What about multiple sites or server-level compromise?
Multiple installations, hosting-level compromise and unusually complex environments require a written custom scope and quote.
Will the cause be identified?
We identify the likely entry point where evidence permits. We do not promise root-cause certainty when the available evidence cannot support it.
What do I receive?
A written, plain-English Incident Report covering the situation, findings, actions and verified outcome for the engagement.

PAYMENT AND AUTHORIZATION

Standard Recovery: US$199 paid before remediation begins.
International customers receive a PayPal invoice, payment request or approved payment link. South African customers may pay by EFT invoice. Complex-work terms are set by written quotation.
The sequence is scope confirmation → payment → written authorization and secure access → remediation. There is no automated checkout.
